BP 100
Produce highly compressed briquettes
Compaction of up to 12,5 t:
- Foil edge strip
- Foil labels
- as well as to 90% polyethylene consisting of adhesive
Advantages:
- easy filling
- simple operation
- automatic compaction
- regeneration of material
- Foil thickness up to 85µ
Briquetting Press BP 100
Pressing weight
- pressing force of 125 kN (approx 12,5 t pressing weight)
Cost reduction
- simple, fast and cost-saving of compression of foil wastes and - edge strips
- substantial reduction of the disposal costs
User friendly handling
- digital temperature control with display
- the material which can be consolidated is taken up directly at the accumulation place and supplied by way of a tubing system of the machine
- the compact execution of the machine permits the employment directly at the accumulation place
- the exhaust air is cleaned by means of a cultivated filter unit
Description of function
- foil labels/edge strip materials are sucked through a vaccum pump into the press channel.
- the material is pressed of a continuously working cylinder into the press channel
- the press channel is heated up and the material according to the fusing temperature
- the temperature is adjustable over a SPS control, so that the press can be used also for different materials
- melting on the briquettes prevents a later back expansion of the material
Briquettes
- The length of the briquettes is adjustable over a SPS control. The briquette strand is cut by an automatically operated cut measurer.
Easy transport
- Machine height 800 mm, with filter 2000 mm
Standard equipment
- Engine frame in stable welding execution
- SPS control
type Siemens S7/200
- Screen-display with operating and fault signal
- Hour meter
- primed and painted
