How much money would you have made if you recycle your electronic wastes such as rejected ICs, PCB scraps, Ink Wafer, electrical cables and more?

You get paid for your wastes, instead of incurring cost to dispose them.

You get to convert your wastes into precious metals and get concentrated copper, brass and steel fine powder which you can sell for profits.

And, you change your cost center into a profit center.

How much?

Price Of Precious Metals Are Raising Worldwide

Investment brokerage, Morgan Stanley, has upgraded its 2006 and 2007 base and precious metal price forecasts, to reflect supply issues.

"We believe major production problems are inevitable, which against a background of record low inventories should result in further strong upward pressure for prices," Morgan Stanley analysts said in their research note dated January 17 2006.

The brokerage lifted its 2006 gold price forecast to US$550 an ounce from US$475, and for 2007 to US$500 an ounce from US$450.

Its copper price forecast for 2006 was increased to US$2 a lb from US$1.75, and for 2007 to US$1.70 a lb from US$1.50.

It also raised its price view on zinc to US$0.95 a tonne from US$0.85 for 2006, and to US$1.10 from US$0.90 for 2007.

Price forecasts for aluminium were also increased by Morgan Stanley to US$0.95 a lb from US$0.90 for 2006, and to US$0.85 a lb from US$0.82 for 2007.

You Can Convert Your Wastes Into Precious Metals

We can help you recycle and convert your wastes into precious metals which you can sell for a profit.

Our clients include world wide industry leaders as IBM and Apple Computer. We have sold electronic waste recycling machinery to many recyclers.

This innovative and PROVEN machinery help semiconductor, electronic and cable/wire industries to recycle and separate electronic waste.

It recyles all sorts of electronic wastes, PCB boards and more.

Before Separation

It also recycle all sorts of electric cables & wires - including the ultra fine telephone & computer wires.

Look at the examples of precious metals that were easily derived with our techology.

After Separation

Neat and clean 100% ferrous or non-ferrous metal in small tiny pieces.

You will get concentrated copper, brass and steel fine powder of about 20-30 meshs.

For some wastes, when you recycle, you will also get other sellable by-products.

For example, when you recycle electrical cables, you will also get the concentrated rubber in tiny pellet form that can sell directly to rubber and plastic recycling firms.

New Technology To Help You

All models have the following specifications:

Low power requirement
Low power requirement equals low electicity cost. So you can make money without spending a lot on monthly recurring costs.

Small dimensions
So you can place this machinery anywhere in your factory. You don't need to build extra factory space to place this machinery. It can be an integrated part of your production line.

Easy to move, place and install
With a hammer mill, a granulator and a separating machinery you will able to extract the ferrous and non-ferrous metal from the IC, PCB, Lead Frame etc. And, non-ferrous metal like copper, brass, lead and aluminum from cable & wire.

Easy and rapid maintenance.
It's easy to maintance so you don't get long downtime.

Capacity ranging from 100 to 1,000 kgs  +- per hour.
The higher the capacity, the more wastes you can recycle, the more precious metals you can generate and make money.

Fully sound proofed.
It's sound proofed, so you will not have problem with government noise regulation rules.

Equipped with a de-dusting system
Equipped with a de-dusting system. There is no emission of dust in the environment so there is no dust pollution and your workers do not have to work in dusty environment. You can even put this machine in an air-conditioned work room!

Dry Process
This is a 3 in 1 machinery without using water. The advantage is it's a dry process, meaning you don't have to wet your materials which cause condensation to the copper, steel and brass. Plants have been set up to recycle eletric cables by means of this new system that grinds and dry-separates copper or aluminium from plastic or rubber.

Capable of Grinding Highly Abrasive Materials

Bottom discharge units for grinding moderately to highly abrasive materials.

Separate Anything

Also, we have separation machinery able to separate anything that can be pulverized and having 2 different density. Like paper and aluminum, wood and plastic, foil and metal, lead and plastic and so on.

Our Clients

We have the technology and have sold electronic waste recycling machinery to world wide industry leaders as IBM and Apple Computer. Also, to many cable & wire recyclers.

Recently, we sold another 4 units WA-25-H to a MNC with regional headquarter in Singapore. 2 units for Indonesia & the other 2 in Singapore for shredding, grinding & pulverizing e-waste like rejected ICs, PCB scraps & Ink Wafer etc. Due to confidentiality agreements we are not at liberty to divulge the identity.

Currently we are building several machines for very similar applications for companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and other Asean Countries.

We conducted material testing for these companies and they placed their orders based on the success we achieved in these tests.

So How Can You Use It...
